As a courtesy, Dimitra's confirms appointments 48 hours in advance and we ask that you guarantee your appointment against late cancellation using your Visa or Mastercard. Should you find you need to reschedule your appointment, please be sure to provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. If the vacated time can be filled, we will waive the charge.

To ensure that Dimitra's clients receive the full benefit of their treatments, appointments begin and end on schedule. Please plan to arrive approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled time. If you are running late, we appreciate a phone call.
