We want you to feel safe when you visit Dimitra’s, so our team continuously works to ensure we are implementing the highest safety and hygiene protocol standards. We have worked diligently to adapt our establishment to current circumstances and continue to update these measures as needed to comply with the San Francisco Department of Public Health's Coronavirus (COVID-19) Health Directives, CAL/OSHA Guidance, and regulations from the Board of Barbering & Cosmetology.

We disinfect and cleaning throughout the facility and treatment rooms between each appointment with a hospital-grade, EPA registered disinfectant that has been approved for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. Everything we touch will be wiped down after each client. This includes treatment tables, machines, product containers, etc.

We have placed Medify Air Purifiers with Medical Grade HEPA Filters in EVERY treatment room and multiple Blueair Air Purifiers in our lobby.

We also keep all available doors and windows accessible to fresh outdoor air open and have a fully functional HVAC system equipped with newly replaced high rated filters.

Although only one of these above steps is required for Personal Care Service establishments to remain operational in San Francisco, we have implemented all three.
