otherwise think you may have had "close contact" with someone

who has COVID-19 during their contagious period within the last 10-14 days,

please call to cancel your appointment at any time.

Please have your Visa or MasterCard number, card expiration date,

card cvv (3 digit security code), and billing zip code ready to reserve your appointment.

We will be charging your bill to this card after your treatment has been completed 

to minimize contact at the front desk.

Please wait outside until a staff member lets you in.

Per Cal/OSHA, Personal Service Establishments must continue to conduct temperature screenings and verify you are not experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms BEFORE we let you in.

If you are over 5 minutes early, we will unfortunately not be able to let you in due to required capacity limitations.

Dimitra's confirms all appointments 24 - 48 hours in advance by text.

(First time: 50% of reserved service amount; Second time and after: 100% of reserved service amount)

Please keep in mind that if you are late to your appointment, you will still be charged the full service amount.
