Please have your Visa or MasterCard number, card expiration date, card cvv (3 digit security code),

and billing zip code ready to reserve your appointment.

We will be charging your bill to this card after your treatment has been completed 

to facilitate a contactless checkout process.

​

Please keep in mind that if you are late to your appointment,

you will still be charged the full service amount as this time was reserved for you.

CHECKING IN:

We ask that clients please not arrive more than 5 minutes early to appointments

and not bring along any guests along with them to allow for social distancing in our reception areas.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Dimitra's confirms all appointments 24 - 48 hours in advance by text. 

​

Please provide at least 24 - 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling to avoid fees.

(The sooner the better!)

​

Late reschedule/cancellation fee schedule:

- First time: 50% of the reserved service amount;

- Second time and after: 100% of the reserved service amount.

However, if you feel sick prior to your appointment, please call to cancel at anytime.

We have suspended service charges for late cancelations related to illness at this time.
